To keep your lungs healthy, breathing exercise must to do. In our busy life,it is important to stay healthy and happy also.

Here's some tips to practise relaxation exercise easily-

Step 1-Close your eyes.

Step 2-Concentrate your mind on breathe.

Step 3-Close your mouth and quietly breathe in through your nose to a count of 4.

Step 4- Hold your breath for a count of 7.

Step 5- Exhale through your mouth for a count of 8(allow your breathe to make sound as it comes out).

     Repeat the 4-7-8 for a total of four cycles.
