  5. Lifestyle changes: Eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, regular exercise and developing a support system of friends and family can help to improve overall well-being and reduce anxiety.

  6. Mindfulness-based therapies: Mindfulness-based therapies such as mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) can help individuals to focus on the present moment and reduce symptoms of anxiety.
