I have started my journey as a mental health ally and am now working as a mental health professional. I work related to anxiety issues, self-doubt, depression, emotional trauma, OCD and many more issues. 
I love working with teenagers and adolescents and making their lives better. Approaches that I use are mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy and humanistic approach.
